Alicia Sullivan is a Senior Solicitor. After initially working in the private commercial sector, Alicia converted to law and obtained a Distinction in her Post Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She joined Hague Lambert as a Trainee in 2002 and qualified in 2004.
Alicia specialises in Commercial and Private Client Law, and she finds that the two areas work well together as she has the added benefit of being able to advise her commercial clients on aspects of tax planning, trusts, wills and probate.
In commercial law, Alicia mainly deals with owner managed businesses including PLCs and advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, joint ventures, distribution agreements, franchising and commercial contract work. Alicia's previous experience in business gives her a commercial approach to her work and she considers herself pragmatic and sensible in her advice to her business clients.
In private client work, Alicia advises on aspects of will making, probate, trusts and inheritance tax planning. She gives sensible and practical advice for will making and has a caring and sympathetic approach to dealing with bereaved clients.
At home, Alicia enjoys walking, gardening and swimming. She loves entertaining with good food and wine and enjoys foreign travel and scuba diving.
