Paul is a Solicitor based at our Manchester office having joined Hague Lambert in 1997. He started his career in Property Law in 1964 with one of the major commercial property firms of solicitors in Manchester at the time. He has also been a partner in two other firms including a lengthy period as a managing partner.
He currently deals with most types of commercial property transactions including sales / purchases of land and property conditional upon the obtaining of planning permission. At the same time he retains contact with and deals with transactions in the residential property market.
As to his out-of-office activities, Paul was well known in the local table tennis world both as a player who represented one of the towns in Greater Manchester and as an administrator. Unfortunately, a medical condition brought his playing career to a premature end a few years ago. He now divides his spare time between caravanning, spoiling his growing band of grandchildren (currently 6 in number) and his new interest of what he refers to as 'power walking' but which probably only means that he can walk a little more quickly than most of his colleagues.
