"Nigel Day qualified a solicitor in 1979. He joined Lambert Storey in 1982 and became a partner in 1986. He now heads the Dispute Resolution Team. Nigel has wide experience of many types of disputes, courts and tribunals, but in recent years has concentrated upon commercial, property and employment matters. He has the ability to identify the real issues and to focus upon cost effective solutions.
Nigel takes a keen interest in his profession and is a past President of Manchester Law Society. For the last nine years has been a member of the National Law Society Council.
When not trying to be the best lawyer in the world, Nigel tries- and fails- to be the best golfer. He seeks solace from that at Old Trafford where for more years than he cares to remember he and latterly his son Stuart have been season ticket holders. When required his daughter Anna-Louise steps up in support of the cause that is Manchester United. His long suffering wife, Gillian, for more years than she cares to remember, is as bemused as ever by, but thankful for, such distractions."
