Beverley has been practising family law for over 15 years and with Louise Richardson heads the family department in Knutsford.

Beverley is very experienced in all aspects of family law. She is an active member of Resolution (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association) and is very committed to their ethos of resolving family disputes in a non-confrontational and constructive way.

Beverley would describe her approach as sensible/pragmatic whilst at the same time being sympathetic. She has a particular interest in disputes concerning children having been involved as a member of the Law Society Children Panel for a number of years. She is a trained Collaborative solicitor and is also a visiting family law lecturer at the College of Law in Chester. 

On a personal note she is married with two children and enjoys keeping fit, theatre and chasing her dog Duffy through the Cheshire countryside.
